Carol Ginsburg

Senior Consultant, BST America LLC

Carol Ginsburg worked for more than 20 years at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank, where she was a managing director and head of global business information services. In this capacity, she managed 100 information professionals who provided research services, training, destop deployment, intranet support and consultation to bankers worldwide. Ginsburg is currently a senior consultant with BST America LLC, where she works closely with partners Bill Noorlander and Sara Crowe in providing client services such as contract analysis, benchmark support, strategic planning, and product evaluation.

She is an active member of SLA, where she is currently co-chair of the newly established Content Buying Section. Ginsburg is a Fellow of SLA as well as a recipient of the Factiva Leadership Award and President’s Award and is a member of  the SLA Hall of Fame.
